You've got this!

Breathe, breathe, breathe!

Tomorrow is a new day! Monday is when everyone gets to start over, right? New "diets" and exercise plans always start on a Monday for a reason! You have the weekend to regroup and figure out how you will make this week better. Use your weekends wisely to not only relax and unwind, but also to prepare yourself for the upcoming week ahead so you can kick butt!

Small things you can implement into your week:

-Set your alarm twenty minutes earlier so you can actually enjoy your morning tea or coffee sitting down in wonderful peace and quiet. Listen to that refrigerator hum! Write down one thing you like about yourself and place it where you will see it once you get home
-Drink one more glass of water than you normally do each day
-If you have a desk job, walk once around the building after you have eaten lunch
-Take a walk after dinner to help you decompress from your day. Take your family or dog with you!
